He stood outside the door for a moment debating whether to enter or not. He could already see inside, the dusty, overflowing books, and the homeliness of the place. He'd heard mention of the place as a source of information and ever since then he'd been nearly driven insane with the intensity that seemed to pull him into coming to the back lot bookstore.
He could have just wandered the streets and observe people, he liked that idea even preferred it, but it was not convenient and went against the gut feeling. However he couldn't figure out why he needed to know and needed to know now, it went against his own nature. Against this against that. He sighed unsure once more; he knew he could wait, its what he'd always done, but not this time.
This driving force pushed and cajoled and lay ever beneath a cloud where he could not pull it up to examine it. Until as stated he was staring at and through the door of Counsel Books.
He seemed to slowly form a pout as his mind went in circles trying to decipher why he needed to know and what he would say. He felt stupid standing in front of the door using his reflection to practice, "Hello. My name is Vitaliny. I hear you were, let's say, the town gossiper. What would you know about unnatural beings?" Another aggravated sigh.
'That's to broad. Need something else.' While he thought he opened the door and walked in, aimlessly browsing the books and muttering under his breath, "Hello. I need some information... No. Hi. Can you tell me what kind of people live here? Definitely not." Only vaguely noting he'd stepped into the building.
He shook his head. Nothing was working. He picked a book and browsed through it, "The Qualities of Paper." He scrunched his nose and put it back in disgust. Nothing wrong with the book but it certainly wasn't going to help him in his indecisiveness.
He chewed on his lower lip as he continued to stare at a section of books gathering his courage, then with a change of his jaw set into determination he walked up to the counter and called out, "Hello? Anyone here?"
