Easily the oldest house in the whole of Sunrise Court, this house is steeped in the Queen Anne style, and outclasses the Tudor house to its left by a long shot. A veranda runs around most of the house, and although there seems to be a porch swing, nobody ever comes to sit in it.
The lights in the turret are never turned on, although someone must live here: why else would there be no 'for sale' sign on the surprisingly immaculate yard?
