Behind the Shawl is a modern fantasy roleplay set in a Southern California town in which the residents work against (or for) the rising tide of crime within the city. Despite the constant efforts of local genius Detective Basil Dixon to show that, yes, he’s still cleverer that the local criminal underworld, Shawl’s venerable old mayor has recently been killed and is about to be replaced by a charismatic blond enigma. What does he have in store for the city? The citizens will have to wait and see.
We’re a small group, but we’re very welcoming and we’d love to have some new blood with good writings skills and good senses of humor in anticipation of the plot that is to come.
